The numbers below are all base on systems found in the Goals section of Super Squats. I'm a big fan of any program that has strength standards based on body weight percentages.
Minimum strength standards for my current body weight:
Squat 150% of BW = 225lbs
PBN 75% of BW = 112lbs
Rows 125% of BW = 187lbs
Basic body weight: 140
Maximum muscular body weight: 170-180
These are all lifts outlined in Super Squats

Here's the weight I used when beginning this program. I gave myself room to adjust, starting all lifts at 65% of my max weight
